  21.   With DirOpus 4.12, you can use the Filter button to do this. It's the 
  22. "F" button near the lower right next to the "C" Configure button. This 
  23. will bring up a requestor where you can specify a file pattern (ie; 
  24. *.iff, or #?.iff). While the filter is active, any directories you 
  25. select, then press Copy, Delete, Move or anything else, will only act on 
  26. files and/or directories that match the pattern. To turn it back off, 
  27. just press "F" again. It works pretty nice, but it's a little unnerving 
  28. trying it the first time. Selecting every directory on a 200 meg 
  29. partition, then Copying to RAM:; when actually the filter will only copy 
  30. a small set of files. This is really nice for creating backups of icons 
  31. (*.info).
